- Can I register as a member if I am from oversea?
Yes. We do accept all type of customers.
- Does Softheware.com actually ship my order?
After you checkout, Softheware.com accepts payment upon confirmation from the consumer and forwards your order directly to each manufacturer or software vendor to fill their part of your order. Each manufacturer or software vendor will handle the shipping of their portion of the order (if you order from several at once). Please provide us a valid email address in order to send you the software and license.
- Return Policy?
Each of our manufacturers or software vendors has their own return policy. Most software vendors will list their Return Policy under the "Return Policy" link on their product additional information page. Please read the return policy for the selected product.
- What payment methods are supported?
Generally we accept PayPal and credit card. Please contact us if you would like to deal in other payment method.
- Who charges my credit card?
Prosper Online Sdn Bhd charges you for all the products in your order including shipping and tax if applicable.
- Is my satisfaction guaranteed?

- Can I request for a quotation for a special deal (more quantity per product)?

- Can I sell my product in Softheware.com?
Yes but with certain requirement and condition. Please email your enquiry and product brief information to sales@Softheware.com.
